1- Go to blogger.com 
2- Click on the sign up or register link
3- Answer the questions there
4- After that choose the colour, template etc..
5- Choose the background
6- Name your blog and your blog is ready
7- Jot down some good content from your brain
8- If you are unhappy with the appearances of your blog you can always change it.
