BMW is a largely used German luxury car brand just like Mercedes - Benz . The full form of BMW is Bavarian Motor Works . Its headquarter is in Munich, Germany and here is the emblem.

                  

It was founded on 11th  March 1916 by Franz Josef Popp and alas its most popular models are the i8 ,   m3, the x6 and the z4 and it is also in the german big three.
